Riyadh  H.R.H. Prince Khalid Bin Saud Al-Faisal and Al-Hisn Al-Waqi invited Security Professionals in the Kingdom to the first Security Roundtable in the Sheraton Hotel in Riyadh.

Riyadh 14th of August 2008 Al-Hisn Al-Waqi received from the General Directorate for Private Training the license for the PRISM Course (protection of information system and management) on vocational level.

Riyadh / Barcelona ISECOM and Al-Hisn Al-Waqi have signed a Training Partner Agreement for Middle East including Turkey and North Africa. With that, Security Talents and Experts can be trained and certified as Security Auditors, Security Testers, Security Experts and Wireless Security Experts.

Riyadh / Mumbai  Al-Hisn Al-Waqi (AHAW) invests several million USD in the PRISM Training Program for young IT-Graduates by licensing the Program in Information Security Management from MIEL eSecurity PvT. LTD., Mumbai, India.

Al-Hisn Al-Waqi's CEO H.R.H. Prince Khalid Bin-Saud Al-Faisal appointed Andreas Wagner as new Chief Technology Officer in addition to his current role as Chief Security Advisor for Al-Hisn Al-Waqi. His most important Project will be to establish a long-term IT-Security Management Training for young Saudi IT-Graduates and Computer Specialists.
