Al-Hisn Al-Waqi's CEO H.R.H. Prince Khalid Bin-Saud Al-Faisal appointed Andreas Wagner as new Chief Technology Officer in addition to his current role as Chief Security Advisor for Al-Hisn Al-Waqi. His most important Project will be to establish a long-term IT-Security Management Training for young Saudi IT-Graduates and Computer Specialists.

Andreas Wagner, is a well recognized security and forensic expert with more than 7 years experience in Network Forensics, 13 years in security and 28 years in IT. A noted speaker at many international conferences and author of numerous security related articles, his industry expertise covers security, IT-security, lawful interception and network forensics. He has also overseen several projects in international finance, telecommunications, intelligence, law enforcement and organizations. In 2005, he acted as a chief security advisor for Saudi Telecom’s Information Security Monitoring Centre and SOC. In 2006 he was Chief Security Advisor for Computer Associates based in Riyadh and responsible for 86 countries. From 2007 on he was involved in projects at SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency), Dubai Police and Al-Inma Bank.
His ongoing international work with law enforcement agencies and governmental services has given him a solid reputation in cyber crime analysis, unwanted communication behavior and targeted monitoring of activities and individuals. As a trainer for agencies in law enforcement, he has trained several organizations in Central and Eastern Europe, the Arab world and Asia. He is a member, founder and co-founder of several European and German security initiatives like EICAR, CTOSE (European Commission), KOSIB, Digital Forensic Forum and others. Currently Andreas acts as the Chief Security Advisor at Al-Hisn Al-Waqi for Technology Services in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
